Eligibility for Returns

Our return and refund policy is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • We do not accept returns after opening the bottle seal.
  • It must be in its original packaging.

Super Ceramic Coating is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so as not to be damaged during shipping.

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Inaccurate Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or inaccurate item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To initiate a return in such cases, please follow these steps:

  • Fill out the form in the Return Center or Send us an email at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving the item.
  • Include a clear photograph or video of the damaged or inaccurate item.
  • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Upon receiving your request, our team will review the information provided and guide you through the return process for a quick resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Please note that we do not take any responsibility and are not liable for any damage caused through the use of car coating products purchased through our website, whether it be indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

How do I return my product?

After your return request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days for most areas. However, please be aware that there are certain regions where pick-up services may not be available. In such cases, you have the option to self-ship the product using a courier service of your choice, with Speed Post being a preferred option.

It’s important to note that the return shipping fee for all returned products will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the cost of return logistics.

Products priced Above 3000 INRA return shipping fee of 350 INR will be charged

How will I get my refund?

Once the return order has been delivered to our warehouse, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 3-5 working days, subject to your returns passing the quality check.
Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines:

  1. Payments made via Razorpay and Cashfreepayment will be credited to the original payment method within 4- 7 working days.
  2. Payment via Sezzle refunded within 7 days. The processing fee will be reduced from the refund amount.
  3. NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
  4. If you paid via COD, you have to send us your bank account/ UPI ID with your refund request.

Order Cancellation

You need to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing them, as we ship the orders within 12 hours. To cancel the order, you can  WhatsApp us on +91 8848706485 or email us at [email protected] between 9 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Prepaid Order Cancellation

For this service there are Processing charges applicable, for information ask one of our team in our customer support center.
