Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Your item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing. If you have received a damaged/defective or inaccurate item, you can send us an email with a photograph or video of the item, and we will handle your return request.

How do I return my product?

 

You can return an order by filling the form in Return Center or emailing us through the contact us page.

* We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

* We do not accept returns after opening the bottle seal

*  Sale items are not eligible for a return unless the received product is damaged. You will get a replacement. No refunds will be issued.

We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request. There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

Products priced Above 3000 INRReturn shipping fee of 350 INR will be charged

The return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

How will I get my refund?

 

Once the return order has been delivered to our warehouse, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 3-5 working days, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per the below-mentioned timelines:

  1. Payments made via Razorpay and Cashfreepayment will be credited to the original payment method within 4- 7 working days.
  2. Payment via Sezzle refunded within 7 days. Processing fee will be reduced from the refund amount.
  3. NEFT refund will take 5 to 7 working days.
  4. If you paid via COD, you have to send us your bank account/ UPI ID with your refund request.

Order cancelation

 

You need to cancel the order within 12 hours of placing them, as we ship the orders within 12 hours. To cancel the order, you can email us at support@superceramiccoating.com or WhatsApp us on +91 8848706485 between 9 AM and 5 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Prepaid Order cancelation:
For this service there are Processing charges applicable, for information ask one of our team in our customer support center.
